My organization has GST exemption certificate. How do I place a GST exempt order?

To place a GST exempt order, please contact us via phone or email and we would be happy to assist you!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with any relevant tracking information. If you haven’t received your tracking information for any reason, please contact us.

Can I change my order after it has been placed ?

Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to change a order . If you ordered the wrong product, we recommend that you cancel your order/return it and make a new one.

Payments & Taxes

What methods of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit / debit cards, UPI, Wallets through Razorpay. We accept all purchase orders from qualified businesses, government entities, and educational institutions.

Do you support COD (Cash on delivery) payments?

We support COD (Cash on delivery) payments for a nominal additional charge.

Do you provide options for financing?

No, At this moment in time we do not provide financing options directly. However, EMI purchases can be made on eligible cards using Razorpay.

What happened to free shipping?

Free shipping has been removed until further notice. (Announcement)

Where do you ship from, and which carriers do you use?

We ship from our distribution center in Bangalore and ship packages via Bluedart.

Can I upgrade my order to expedited shipping?
